Stage 1: Harisson Assesment (Personality- Online) 29th May 2024 @ 1:41PM We were given only 3 days to complete the online questionnaire, which was actually a personality test designed to determine if we possess the traits the company is looking for. I’m not sure what the specific benchmark or traits are, but my advice is to take your time when answering.It took me about 4 hours to complete the test. The questions were straightforward and simple, with statements like, “I am very responsible.” You need to arrange the traits from most like you to least like you, based on how well they describe your personality. No need to overthink, the real test starts from stage 2 onwards.
